Exchange and Return Period

All customers have 30 calendar days from the time you receive your parts to initiate a return. Returns will only be accepted with a valid reason within 30 calendar days. After 30 calendar days all sales are final.

Returning Damaged or Defective Parts

In cases of damage or defect the process can be expedited by providing a digital picture of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to the salesperson that entered your order.

Returning Parts that fail to Function Properly

In cases where the product purchased is not functioning properly a test report or non-confirming material report is required along with an explanation of how the part is failing. This report should be sent by email or fax to the salesperson that entered your order.

All parts must be returned in original condition. Any part that has been altered from the manufacturer’s specifications is no longer our responsibility and cannot be returned. Any part sold as non-cancellable/ non-returnable (NCNR) cannot be returned.
